Start by washing all the potatoes and removing their skin, then cut them in thick cylinders and place them in a big bowl with water and leave them there for 5 minutes. Then remove them from the water and place them in a different bowl.
Take a bowl and pour in the lemon juice, the chicken broth, the olive oil and some salt and pepper and mix well.
Place a baking paper in a big oven tray and put on it the potatoes. Then sprinkle the potatoes with the mix that you prepared before and add the rosemary on top of the potatoes.
Bake the potatoes in the oven on medium heat, until they are soft, when you pinch them with a fork. When they are done remove them from the oven and serve them while they are still warm.
