  1. Start by washing the potatoes and peeling their skin, do not cut them, but start boiling water in a large pot with all the salt in it.
  2. When the water is boiling add the potatoes and leave them boil, removing the foam that might be created each 5 minutes, usually it should take 40-50 minutes for the potatoes to boil, but to be sure, pinch them with a fork and if they are soft, then it means that they are boiled.
  3. Serve the potatoes and add the butter on them for extra taste and let it melt on them, then add the chopped dill and if you want also juice of fresh lemons.
