Buckwheat porridge with mushrooms
Start by boiling water in a pot and cook the buckwheat grains and when they are done pass them through a colander and then place them on large bowl.
Wash and cut the onions in small slices and finely chop the garlic, then in a pan pour the olive oil and fry the chopped onions and the garlic for 2-3 minutes and add the sliced mushrooms. Add salt and pepper and fry until the mushrooms are soft.
At the end, add the mushrooms and the onions to the cooked buckwheat porridge and mix them well and finally garnish with parsley.
