  1. Start by washing the potatoes and peeling their skin. Then cut them in two, add half of the salt and place them on a baking tin and bake them in the oven until they are soft when you pierce them with a fork. When they are done place them in a large bowl.
  2. Then wash the chopped mushrooms and wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in two, then put them in a pan with the frying oil and fry them until the mushrooms are soft.
  3. Add the fried mushrooms and the cherry tomatoes to the bowl with the baked potatoes and add the rest of the salt and the dill and mix them well, serve the food when it is till warm.
