  1. Start by cleaning the squid and removing its tentacles optionally.
  2. Place a pan with frying oil over medium heat and let it warm for about 10 minutes.
  3. Grease the squid with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and fry them at the highest heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. If you decide to also fry the tentacles, they may take some more time to fry.
  4. Cut the squids into thin rings and place them in a bowl. Add the remaining oil oregano, salt and pepper and mix them well, pour the lemon juice over for extra tastiness.
