  1. First we start with preparing the sauce. Chop the garlic and put it to fry over low heat for at least 6-7 minutes.
  2. Pour the tomato sauce, add the salt, pepper and simmer for at least 40 minutes.
  3. While the sauce is cooking, we can prepare the meatballs Firstly take the wholemeal bread crumbs, without crusts, and chp it in a blender.
  4. Then take the sausage and chop it.
  5. Also chop finely the parsley.
  6. In a large bowl, pour the pork mince, the bread, the sausage And the parsley, the salt and the pepper.
  7. Add the egg and the grated cheese.
  8. Now knead it with your hands until all ingredients are well blended. Cover the bowl and let it stand for about 15 minutes in the fridge.
  9. Then take the dough and shape it into balls and roll into balls, when the sauce is ready, pour all the meatballs gently inside of the sauce and let it cook for 30 minutes over low heat.
  10. For the Fusilli Boil the water, add salt and pour the fusilli, then when they are boiled, drain them and add the sauce with the meatballs
