  1. In a non-stick frying pan, heat 2 table spoons olive oil over a low heat.
  2. Add the green onions and cook them until they get soft, then remove them from the pan and place them in a bowl.
  3. Clean the frying pan and pour the remaining oil. Mix the eggs together with the Feta cheese and pour the mixture into the pan.
  4. After 2 minutes raise the part on the bottom that is cooked and turn it upside down with the help of a plate, repeat this process until both sides of the omelet are cooked.
  5. Remove the omelet from the pan and add the green onions on top of it.
