  1. Start by boiling water on a big pot for the pasta and when it reaches a boiling temperature, pour the pasta in it, with some salt and mix well.
  2. Take a big pan and pour in half of the olive oil and cook the shrimps for about 7-8 minutes until they are ready, then add the asparagus, the carrot, the dried tomatoes, some salt and pepper and cook until the asparagus becomes soft.
  3. When the pasta is ready pass it through a colander and place it on a big bowl, then pour in the bowl the sauce with the shrimps and the asparagus and mix well. Serve the pasta on two plates and add the grated Parmesan cheese on top of each plate.
