  1. Form a dough and let it rise for about 2 hours (depending on the temperature) until it gets double in size
  2. After waiting, divide the dough into two loaves,roll out the dough to form two rectangles with a thickness of about 3 mm, on the floor working with a rolling pin.
  3. Distribute evenly the tomato sauce on the rectangles, the ham, the mozzarella into pieces and everything else on the topping list.
  4. Gently roll the dough over itself from the long side of the rectangle and let it stand for about 15 minutes and then cut with a sharp knife many rolls.
  5. Arrange slightly apart the pizza rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
