  1. Start by preparing a pot to boil the rice and pour the rice in it, when the water is boiling. Do not forget to add salt and to mix occasionally.
  2. In the meantime take a pan and fry the vegetables until they are soft. When they are ready remove them and place them on a deep plate
  3. If the rice is done, pass it through a colander and put it in a big bowl, then pour the fried vegetables on the bowl and mix well.
  4. Serve your food when it is warm and optionally garnish the plates with some chopped chives.
