Start by boiling water in a big pot, for the rice and when the water has started to boil, pour the rice in it, along with some salt.
Take a deep palte and pour in the olive oil, the ginger powder and some salt and pepper. Then mix the ingredients well, to obtain a sauce and place the slices of pork tenderloin in it, turning them from both sides.
Then take a pan and cook the pork tenderloin until it is soft and brown, but still juicy.When it is done place it on a plate.
If the rice is ready, serve it in two plates and place the pork tenderloin on them. Optionally you can decorate your plates with some parsley, tomatoes and lettuce.
