  1. Start by preparing the water for boiling the rice and when it is ready, pour the rice in it adding some salt, then take a large pan and pour in it the olive oil and fry the onion for 2-3 minutes, then add the sausage, the carrots, the potatoes, the pepper, some salt and pepper.
  2. After 6-7 minutes remove the ingredients from the pan and place them on a big bowl, then pour in the corn and mix well.
  3. When the rice is done remove its water and pour it in the bowl with the sausages, the peppers and the other ingredients and mix well. Serve your food and optionally decorate with some finely chopped chives.
