  1. Start by preparing the water, for boiling the rice in a big pot and when it is ready pour all the rice in, with some salt and mix well.
  2. In the meanwhile preheat your oven and pour olive oil, oregano, pepper and salt on both sides of the fish fillets and place on top of them the lemon slices, then place them on an oven tray with a baking sheet on it and bake them until they are done.
  3. When the rice is ready pour it in a colander and serve it on two plates, then place one fillet on each plate and enjoy your meal, optionally you can decorate the plates with some salad leaves and cut tomatoes.
