  1. Start by taking a big pot and boil water for the pasta, when the water is ready pour in the pasta and add some salt.
  2. In the meanwhile, pour the olive oil in a pot and fry the cut tomatoes for 2-3 minutes, then add the peas, the mushrooms, the warm water, some salt and pepper, mix well and leave the sauce to boil.
  3. When the pasta is ready, pass it through a colander and pour it in a big bowl, then pour in the bowl the sauce and mix well. Serve the food in the plates and add the grated cheese on top of each plate.
