  1. Start by preparing a pot for boiling the rice and when the water on the pot is ready, pour the rice inside it with some salt and stir well.
  2. In the meanwhile put the ginger powder on both surfaces of each chicken breast piece and fry them until they are brown, in a pan with the olive oil. When they are done place them in a bowl.
  3. If the rice is ready, pass it through a colander and pour it also in a bowl.
  4. Then take the peas and fry them until they are soft and when they are done add them to the bowl of rice and mix well. Serve the rice on two plates and add 2 chicken breast pieces on each plate.
