Pour 2 table spoons of olive oil in a small container and pour in the oregano and some salt and pepper and mix well, then sprinkle the mix on both sides of the salmon steaks.
Take a big pan and place in it the salmon steaks and cook them until they are soft. When they are done place them on the plates.
Take a pot and boil some water, whee it has reached a boiling temperature, pour in it the asparagus and leave it to boil for about 5-6 minutes. When they are ready remove the water and place them on the plates, optionally you can decorate your plate with some olive oil and oregano.
