Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Cut the smoked salmon in stripes, roll them into a cone and place them on a small deep plate.
  2. Add 5 olives in the smoked salmon cones (as in the picture) and decorate with small pieces of fennel.
  3. Repeat steps one and two, to create the second plate.
