Start by pouring some oregano on a plate and passing the salmon fillets on it, so as to stick oregano on them.
Wash and cut all the peppers and the carrot in small pieces and fry them with half of the olive oil on a pan for about 6-7 minutes. When they are done place half of them on one plate and the other half on another plate.
On a pan pour the remaining olive oil and place both the salmon fillets and cook them until they get pink and soft, from both sides, when they are done remove them and place each one of them on the plate with the cooked peppers.
Cut the lemon in half and place each half on a plate. Optionally decorate the plate with fresh oregano leaves (as in the picture) and enjoy your meal.
