To prepare the spaghetti carbonara start by boiling water with moderate salt.
Meanwhile, place the bacon in a nonstick pan, without the addition of oil and leave it on the heat until the fat will becomes transparent and slightly crunchy, then remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
Break the eggs into a bowl, whip them and add the cheese and pepper and mix everything well with a whip to obtain a homogeneous mixture, then put the pasta to cook.
Meanwhile, add the bacon to the mixture and when the pasta is ready, drain it, pour it into the bowl and mix together with the previously prepared sauce.
Serve the spaghetti carbonara immediately and if necessary, add more cheese and black pepper.
