Boil some water in a pot and when it is boiling, pour the spaghetti in with some salt.
Then take a pan and pour half of the olive oil and fry the chicken breast until it is done, then place the fried chicken breast in a big bowl, with its oil.
If the spaghetti is done pass it through a colander and then pour it in the bowl with the fried chicken breast.
Take a pan and pour the remaining olive oil and fry the mushrooms for 5-6 minutes, then remove them from the heat and pour them (with their oil) in the bowl with the spaghetti and the fried chicken breast and mix well. If at this point the pasta is dry, you can add some more olive oil.
Serve the spaghetti and garnish the plates with the finely chopped chives.
