Start by chopping the garlic in big chunks and placing it on a small container. Then start boiling the water for the spaghetti and when it is boiling pour them inside and pour in some salt.
In the meanwhile in a pan pour half of the olive oil and fry the previously chopped garlic and the chili pepper cut in 3 equal parts, for 3-4 minutes and then add the fried garlic and chili pepper with their oil in a big bowl.
When the spaghetti is done pass it through a colander and pour it in the bowl with the fried garlic and chili pepper and mix well. Serve the spaghetti and pour the remaining olive oil on each plate.
