  1. Start by taking a big pot and placing in it about 450 ml of water and all the lentils, and the tomato, then leave them boil, mixing occasionally.
  2. In the meanwhile prepare another pot with enough water to boil the strangozzi and when it is boiling, pour them inside.
  3. If the lentils are done, remove them from the pot and place them on two plates, then when the pasta is done place it in a colander and place it on top of the lentils on the plates, optionally you can garnish your meal with a stalk of fresh oregano.
