  1. Pour about 2 liters of water on a pot and let it boil, when it is boiling, place all the tagliatelle inside the pot and pour some salt as well.
  2. Meanwhile the tagliatelle are boiling, take a pan and pour 2 table spoons of the olive oil in it and fry for 1-2 minutes half of the finely chopped basil leaves, then add one of the chicken breasts and fry it until its is brown. Repeat this process for the second chicken breast
  3. When the tagliatelle are ready, pour them in a colander and then place them on two different plates and add one chicken breast to each plate, optionally you can garnish your plate with chives.
