  1. Firstly wash and grate the cucumber (with the skin) and remove the water that will remain and squeeze the cucumber with the back of a spoon.
  2. Finely chop the garlic in a blender, put the yogurt in a bowl and mix it with the garlic and cucumbers.
  3. Now pour the oil and vinegar alternately, mixing well with a whisk or spoon. Finally season the sauce with salt and add the chopped dill.
